Poems in PN Review

I’m pleased to have three poems published in the latest issue of PN Review: ‘February, Colden Valley’, ‘Chicken’ and ‘Life Studies’.  Thanks to Michael Schmidt.

‘February, Colden Valley’ started out in life at Lumb Bank, which is one of my favourite places in the world; ‘Chicken’ began as a scribbled note written down in a primary school classroom full of enthusiastic nine-year olds just outside Bath, and ‘Life Studies’ in a crowded carriage on the London Underground, Hammersmith & City line.
